Voting

Voting will take place electronically on the Survey Monkey platform.  Only registered delegates will be allowed to vote in the proceedings.  As always, only registered sitting Governors, Senior Regents, Administrators, and Recorders and registered past Governors and Senior Regents up to the maximum allowed by the by-laws based on unit size will be allowed to vote.

If you made reservations at the Red Lion Pasco, please call them at 509 547-0701 and cancel your reservations.  The Secretary cannot cancel them for you.

The virtual Registration fee will be $10.00 per member.  Only those qualified delegates as listed to the left that want to vote in the proceedings will be required to register.  All others will be able to join the meeting free of charge.

All registrations for this convention will be done online.  No paper forms will be distributed.  We hope to have registration open by Monday, August 10, 2020.

If you are a qualified delegate and you want to register, but don't have a credit card, please contact John Mangiantini at [email protected].  He will work something out with you to get you registered.
